On Tuesday, 6 May 2025, Associate Professor Christoforos Ntantogian from Ionian University presented the latest developments of the NITRO project at the IUSCI 2025 conference, the 1st Student IT Conference organized by the Department of Informatics, Ionian University, in Corfu, Greece (https://iusci.di.ionio.gr). Dr. Ntantogian highlighted the necessity of preparing students and professionals to recognize and defend against emerging threats in 5G and IoT networks. He also underscored the critical role of developing secure and trustworthy AI systems, aligning with the priorities outlined in the recent European AI Act.
